What is included in the cost?

All of the products for each session of the course.

Session 5 - food and drink discussed will be supplied.

Consent forms for the young people to take part and receive the treatments including a list of all contraindications to the treatments.

Session 8 – social experience – usually an opportunity to prepare a meal and invite guests. Alternatively, a visit to a restaurant.

A certificate on successful completion of all 8 sessions.

A goody bag with some freebies and ideas in.
